You know that hell is empty And all the devils are here They work their way inside of your head So you think you’ve got nothing to fear Let me tell you the devil is prowlin looking for a soul to devour Don’t drop your guard for a moment or you’ll be in the grip of his pow’r There’s devils in the detail x 3

It’s coming. The inevitable wrath of El. And his judgement. There’s nothing you can do to stop it. Except to believe him. He forgives everything except that you don’t believe him. So, it’s up to you. Either way, it’s coming.

the Guardian 05:21
Verse 1 The guardian stands alert and watchful scanning the battleground The citizens of his earthly kingdom waging war all around Chorus 1 And the guardian watches the battleground, and the darkness has not overcome And the light keeps on shining upon the ground and the darkness has not overcome Verse 2 The darkness comes towards the guardian offering him a great prize, all the land as far as his eyes can see to be his before the sun rise Verse 3 Ancient runes and scrolls and codices don’t hold the answers to life Turn instead to the Lord of the Guardian, the way, the truth and the Life Chorus 2 But the guardian will not desert his post and the darkness has not overcome All the souls on the battleground soldier on and the darkness has not overcome Chorus 3 And we’ll stand firm together on battlegrounds and the darkness shall not overcome We’ll keep standing together on battlegrounds and the light of the Lord shines around

Do not be afraid my little one, do not be afraid I will keep you safe my little one, I will keep you safe Do not be afraid, Do not be afraid Running through the trees, my little one, splashing through the waves, This is what I have my little one, if you come with me If you come with me, Do not be afraid This is what I have my little one, if you come with me Walk with me in pastures evergreen, if you walk with me Do not be afraid, Do not be afraid, Do not be afraid, Do not be afraid

Verse Long to be home to feel no longer alone In the right space I’m looking you in the face Long you have tried to find your own way Friends have moved on because your money’s long gone Chorus 1 No longer have to withdraw into your own little space You can come in from the cold into a loving embrace Come Home You’re home Chorus 2 I have prepared you a place it’s like a loving embrace There’s no more need to withdraw I’m looking right in your face You’re home Come Home You’re home

about

The prophecies of Calvin Zwyngli is the 2nd album in a trilogy which began with 'the parables of the Maze' and will conclude at some point in the future (expected summer 2023) with 'the chronicles of eryaldur'.

Musically:
Predominantly a heavy rock / prog rock album in the style of the bands of the early to mid-1970’s with a few surprises thrown in – 2 swing / jazz tracks and a lullaby.

Context:
Many tales have been told and many scrolls written. How are we to understand them? We are bodily creatures of the earth, yet we have a soul and a spirit within us. Our bodies will not last for ever, but our soul and spirit will pass on to the next world, wherever and whatever that will be.

Some prophets of old received visions of the future and recorded these for our enlightenment – Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah. Others read what was already recorded and received instruction to tell those around them and perhaps, what it meant
- a warning – Joel, Jonah, Amos, Micah
- judgement – Nahum, Habakkuk
- love and compassion of El - Hosea

The parables of the maze (houstonayre.bandcamp.com/album/the-parables-of-the-maze) were written based on the experiences of one man and what he had been able to learn from other men. In his bodily experience, there were glimpses of the spiritual realms through occasional revelations and some awareness of the battle for his soul between good and evil.

Another man from our future, has been allowed to witness some of the war in the spiritual realms and thus see more than that first man.

These are the prophecies of Calvin Zwyngli after he had passed from the shadow world into the world of the light. They are not new visions of the future but are the warnings and promises that can be seen in what is already revealed, told through musical compositions with associated notes.
The musical compositions form an album which is divided into two parts representing two sides of a vinyl recording and narrating the prophecies in two stages.

Side 1 – Doomsday approaches for the prince of darkness

Side 2 – Kingdom fulfilled for the children of the light

Narrator’s Notes
a. “A person’s life is like grass. Like a flower in the field it flourishes, but when the hot wind blows by, it disappears, and one can no longer even spot the place where it once grew.”
(From Psalm 103 by David, King of Israel and Judah, c 980 BCE)

b. El appears in Ugaritic, Phoenician and other 2nd and 1st millennium BCE texts both as generic "god" and as the head of the divine pantheon.
In the Hebrew Bible El (Hebrew: אל‎) also appears. It occurs 217 times in the Masoretic Text: 73 times in the Psalms and 55 times in the Book of Job amongst others.

c. Calvin Zwyngli is a man from our future. He was named after two great reformers from our past:
Jean Cauvin 1509 – 1564
(he changed his name in 1524 to its Latin form, Ioannis Calvinus, which in French became Jean Calvin.)
Huldrych Zwingli 1484 – 1531
